Now accepting Telehealth clients in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida

Hi! I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina, and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I obtained my Masters degree from the University of Central Florida, and began my professional career at a non-profit counseling center while I worked towards licensure.

I moved to North Carolina and maintained my credentials while raising my young children, and am now able to serve clients again. I'm excited to offer services and support clients on achieving their goals and improving their mental health.

My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all, and allow clients to discuss and explore any concerns they may have regarding their mental health, whether it's anxiety, depression, women's issues, or self-care. I am here to support you, and offer a sounding board in which we work through any blocks you have, and strive towards personal development, however that looks to you. This is a judgment-free space, where we can talk about anything--this is your time.

I love to work with motivated clients who may not have the skills they need, but want to better their lives and improve their mental health. Clients who need a little support. Clients who know what they want but may not know how to get there. Maybe life has become a little confusing or overwhelming. I've been there--you're not alone.
